NFP’s Commercial Insurance Division offers customized solutions for Mid to Large clients that require true expertise, client focus, and creative thought leadership. Since January 2021, NFP’s P&C division has grown substantially bringing USD 4BN+ premium to the market.

We’re looking for a** Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager** to interact with clients on a day-to-day basis while developing and maintaining relationships with both client and carrier representatives. The successful AM will work with service teams and oversee the renewal process with some degree of supervision and approval from Account Executives.
**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver extraordinary value to our clients by identifying exposures, determining the appropriate solution, and advising the client as to why the solution is the best fit
- Develop marketing specifications and marketing strategies for new business as well as renewals of an assigned book of business
- Be the lead in maintaining positive, long-term relationships with the clients, insurance carrier representatives, and NFP staff.
**What You Bring**
- **Commercial Lines Damage Insurance License In good standing**:
- Typically, more than 4 years of industry and product line experience - broking or underwriting
- Extensive experience in the placement of multi-line coverage on Small to Mid-Market accounts
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people and function well in a hybrid team environment
- Client-focused - Able to establish and maintain effective relationships
- High-level of organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sharp attention to detail with excellent decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology.
- Excellent computer skills are expected and EPIC fluency is an asset
- Experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
