We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounts payable and bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Process full-cycle AP, managing 50 to 100 invoices monthly in QuickBooks.
- Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, account reconciliations, and documentation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records and assist with month-end closing tasks.
Payroll Processing:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 70 employees using Ceridian payroll software.
- Manage employee data, including new hires, terminations, and any changes to payroll.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain accurate records for auditing purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with full-cycle accounts payable and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting and Ceridian for payroll.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Bilingual in French and English
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000.
- 5% pension matching.
