**Job Type**: Full-time, Part-time, Weekend availability

**Join the Crew That Keeps North America Moving**

At **North American Lumpers Inc. (NAL)**, we do more than unload freight — we build teams, leaders, and long-term careers.

For over 15 years, we’ve powered the supply chains behind Canada’s busiest warehouses, cross-docks, and cold-storage facilities.
Our crews are known for their speed, accuracy, and reliability — because here, **your hustle determines your paycheck** and **your attitude determines how far you go.**

**What You’ll Do**
- Unload containers, trailers, and trucks safely and efficiently
- Sort, stack, wrap, and re-palletize freight by SKU or PO
- Maintain a clean and organized dock area
- Work as part of a fast-paced, high-performance warehouse crew
- Support daily productivity and accuracy targets

**How You Get Paid**

This isn’t an hourly job — it’s performance-based.
You’re paid by the load. The faster and more efficiently you unload, the more loads you complete each day — and the higher your total earnings.
**Faster unloads mean more loads per day, and more loads mean more money in your pocket.**

Top performers consistently earn between **$100 and $400+ per day.**

**What You’ll Get**
- **Performance-Based Pay**: Earn what you work for — no limits
- **Weekly Direct Deposit** (first-week hold applies)
- **Full-time, Part-time, and Weekend Options** available
- **Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits** after probation
- **Training Provided** - no experience required
- **Career Growth**: We **promote from within** - our best Lumpers become Leads, and our best Leads become Regional Managers
- **Strong Crew Culture**: Real people. Real work. Real rewards.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Physically fit; able to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Steel-toe boots required
- Reliable transportation to warehouse sites
- Valid **SIN** or **Open Work Permit**:
