Job Summary

Intermodal / Heritage Freightlines is currently seeking Professional AZ Drivers for intermodal operations throughout Southern Ontario. We offer competitive compensation, consistent work, and a supportive small-town culture.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a tractor-trailer unit with minimal supervision in accordance with dispatch instructions
  • Perform and oversee loading and unloading of freight as required
  • Accurately complete and submit all required documentation, including customs paperwork, bills of lading, inspection reports, and driver logs
  • Communicate professionally with customers to meet service expectations and maintain positive working relationships
  • Comply with all federal, provincial, and company regulations
  • Operate vehicles defensively to prevent incidents and ensure road safety
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment meets all safety and mechanical fitness standards

Skills

  • Valid AZ Licence with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
  • Canadian citizen or legally entitled to work in Canada (valid visas/passports where applicable)
  • Strong understanding of and compliance with Health & Safety, WHMIS, TDG, and related regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00-$2,000.00 per week
