**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control**
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, labeling, and outbound preparations.
- Supervise container unloading and perform spot checks to ensure proper palletizing, wrapping, and adherence to safety standards.
- Assist with inventory recounts and verify data accuracy for system input.
- Print PODs for all outbound shipments and prepare orders for next-day dispatch.
- Verify packing list quantities prior to unloading, print labels, and prepare unloading reports.
- Process returns and manage returned inventory per BD team instructions.
- Conduct weekly FBA inventory audits and update reports accordingly.
- Maintain records and monitor stock levels of empty pallets.
- Support FBA prep tasks such as labeling, relabeling, and palletizing per customer instructions.
- Update daily inbound/outbound inventory and publish daily inventory reports.
- Record outbound shipment data (pallet quantity, loading times) with accuracy.

**2. Dispatch & Transportation Coordination**
- Schedule outbound shipments based on container unloading status and staffing availability.
- Pre-arrange shipments in alignment with the next-day container schedule, optimizing stock turnover and prioritization.
- Coordinate with transport dispatchers to manage delivery schedules and resolve issues.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers to confirm pick-up/delivery times and follow up on transport-related concerns.
- Prepare and maintain BOL/POD documents and ensure timely entry of Amazon appointment details.
- Adjust outbound shipment plans and update PODs as needed based on client or BD team feedback.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to non-shelved inbound shipments.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Forklift Operator Certification **(required)**.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics or supply chain is an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
- Strong understanding of FBA processes and warehouse documentation (e.g., BOL, POD).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
