We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join the growing team

The Product Owner will understand and translate business requirements into technical user stories for the development team, while always keeping the strategic vision and business value in focus. The Product Owner is the voice of the customer, the primary liaison between Product and Technology, represents the internal stakeholders, and is responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Development Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Write detailed user stories to define product requirements for the development team
- Lead the design of new product functionality and features including the creation of workflows and engagement of UI/UX designers
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog as well as plan future product releases in accordance with the product roadmap
- Manage project timelines, risks, priorities, estimates, customer commitments, and expectations
- Participate in scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives
- Ensure completed features and functions delivered by the Technology team align with requirements

TECHNICAL SKILLS YOU BRING:

- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience in Agile & Scrum methodologies of product development
- Extensive experience gathering and documenting detailed requirements as well as contributing to functional designs.
- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in tools of your trade, such as JIRA and Confluence, MS Visio, Aha, etc.
