We are seeking a full-time, in-person **Digital Marketing Expert** to join our team and lead all digital efforts with strategy, creativity, and impact.

**Position Overview**This role is ideal for a self-motivated, experienced marketer who thrives in a creative environment and understands the language of wellness. You’ll manage digital content and creation, grow our brand online, and help us engage with the community in a meaningful, authentic way.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Digital & Social Strategy**
- Manage and grow all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meetup)
- Develop and execute platform-specific strategies tailored to our audience
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content that reflects our values and offerings
- Build and implement a hashtag, UGC, and influencer strategy
- Engage with followers to grow our community and presence

**Video Content Creation**
- Film and edit ongoing content with our practitioners and facilitators
- Capture and edit video from events, workshops, and seminars for promotional use
- Edit future podcast videos and create video content for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and visual identity
- Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly

**Advertising & Performance Tracking**
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and copy
- Monitor key performance indicators (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
- Provide monthly reporting and post-campaign performance summaries

**Other Responsibilities**
- Support day-to-day marketing needs and special campaigns
- Create in-house marketing materials (flyers, signage, etc.)
- Collaborate with practitioners and the leadership team on brand messaging and promotions
- Stay up to date on trends in wellness, digital strategy, and content innovation
- Ensure consistency in voice, message, and branding across all platforms

**What We're Looking For**
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong video editing and content creation abilities
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently
- A genuine interest in wellness, healing, and conscious living
- Must be local to Oakville, ON and available for **in-person work** (this is not a remote position)
