**Digital Experience & Marketing Specialist**

At CGC, we’re in an exciting phase of transformation—launching a new website platform, onboarding a new portfolio of products, and enhancing our digital marketing capabilities. The Digital Experience & Data Specialist will be a key player in making that happen. Managing website content and asset migration, ensuring product data accuracy, and supporting high-impact marketing initiatives.
This role blends technical execution with marketing creativity—perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital platforms, data accuracy, and campaign delivery. From working in Contentful and our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to creating lead generating content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you’ll help shape a seamless and engaging digital presence for CGC.
**Responsibilities**:
- Website Data Migration & Digital Asset Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute content and asset migration from the current platform to our new website.
- Organize, tag, and maintain assets in the DAM for consistent branding and easy access.
- Manage and format website content in Contentful, ensuring accuracy, proper linking, and visual consistency.
- Conduct quality checks and collaborate with IT, marketing, and external vendors to resolve migration issues.
**Product Marketing & Data Integration**
- Onboard a new portfolio of products into CGC systems, validating and verifying all product data for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage product content translations, coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
- Support data formatting and optimization for both digital and print product collateral.
- Oversee the creation, scheduling, and delivery of marketing newsletters and campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Manage segmentation, audience targeting, journey mapping, and A/B testing to improve engagement and performance.
- Monitor analytics and campaign results, providing insights to optimize future communications.
- Conduct content audits, optimize information, and maximize site metrics to enhance visitor engagement.
**Marketing & Event Support**
- Assist with planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including trade shows, product launches, and internal events.
- Coordinate digital assets, creative materials, and messaging for campaigns across multiple channels.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
**Experience**: 3+ years of experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
**Technical Skills**: Proficiency with tag management tools and strong analytical skills to understand business problems, analyze trends, and make actionable recommendations.- Proficiency with DAM systems and Contentful (or similar CMS).
- Strong understanding of digital best practices, basic SEO principles, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; certification is a plus.
**Communication and Management**: Excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive projects from start to finish.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally and with external vendors.
**Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving abilities.
