Kemptville District Hospital is seeking an EPIC Coordinator to join our growing team, on a full-time basis.

**Qualifications**
- University degree in a health-related field with five (5) years’ experience with clinical informatics/electronic health record systems;
- Experience with developing learning modules and providing education to clinical health care professionals;
- Quality improvement experience an asset;
- Best practice implementation experience an asset;
- Experience in various workflows in the emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and surgical areas to ensure ability to develop and/or modify clinical workflows;
- A strong working knowledge of various clinical information systems;
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed with highly developed organizational, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal conflict resolution by practicing active listening and respectful communication skills;
- Proven facilitation, planning, collaboration, execution and leadership skills;
- Ability to gain support and commitment from team members and direct reports and work towards a common goal;
- Ability to understand the key relationships, diverse interest groups within his/her own department and the organization;
- Ability to ensure compliance with Collective Agreements and employer policies;
- Ability to understand business implications of functioning of one’s department and organization;
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

**Please note**: In order to work in a healthcare facility, the Public Hospitals Act 1990, Regulation 965 requires all employees to provide proof of up-to-date immunization/vaccines for the following diseases: Tuberculin Skin Testing (TB), Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/Diphtheria (DTap), Influenza (during flu season) and three COVID shots. This proof must be provided to our Occupational Health Office in order to be cleared to work.
