**You are**: A skilled labourer seeking a full-time position with great benefits, and the opportunity to enter an Apprenticeship Program for Red Seal Carpentry.

**Summary**:
The primary responsibility for the Skilled Labourer is to support the Construction Manager as requested to keep the project moving forward.

**Health & Minimum requirements**:

- Healthy & physically fit
- Able to perform manual labour for several hours at a time
- Minimum 18 years old and possess a valid SIN#
- Have your own transportation to and from jobsites all over the lower mainland
- Clear communication in the English language and able to follow instructions

**General Responsibilities**:
1. Follow site safety rules.
2. Follow instructions from Construction Manager
3. Complete tasks as required.

**Compensation**:

- Renumeration depending on skills & experience
- Benefits package available for full time position after 3 months

**Status**:

- Part-Time/Full-Time
- Start Immediately
