We are currently seeking a highly motivated CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER (bilingual english and french). The primary focus of this position is to provide professional customer service in addition to building key relationships with retail accounts. This is a remote position with some travel to head office required.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Inbound Calls_
- Taking customer phone orders from english and french retail buyers across the country.
- Troubleshooting and following up on any invoicing issues or product inquiries.
- Handling customer returns.
- Liaise with the True North Nutrition Sales Representatives.
- Providing customers and consumers with product and service information.
- Outbound Calls_
- Inside Sales
- contacting existing customers to increase their purchases orders and current inventory supplies.
- Product up selling of current promotions.
- Following up with back orders.
- Order Entry_
- Entering customers orders.
- Ensuring accuracy and proper pricing for each order.
- Other administrative duties that may be asked of the employee.
- Other duties as required.

**REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Sports Nutrition industry/product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication required
- both French and English.
- Demonstrated professional communication skills and comfortable upselling products.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills and experience.
- Ability to multi-task and organize.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Windows, customer order database systems.

Pay: $45,383.00-$50,000.00 per year
