This office can be very fast-paced and require juggling (multi-tasking) throughout the day.
SOME OF THE JOB DUTIES **Work closely with condominium manager to ensure proper operation of day to day business.** Obtain quotes from suppliers and contractors as required. **Prepare operating contracts for annual maintenance.** Approving of invoices. **Processing purchase orders/workorders as required.** Follow up on workorders. **Address all Owner and Resident inquiries/complaints, etc.** Coordinate/create monthly meeting packages. **Work closely with Senior Property Manager, and be well versed in the portfolio. Attend Owner Meetings (4-6/year)** *On-Call: for vacation relief.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:Experience working in Condominium Management environment an asset.** Must be familiar with the Condominium Property Act/Regulations and able to understand Bylaws. **Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Adobe.** Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Strong organizational, planning and time management skills, and problem-solving skills with common sense.** Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines. **Strong sense of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.** Ability to work well within a team. **Strong attention to detail.** Be confident. **Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation.** Reliable and loyal. **A vehicle is a must.**
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
