**Summary**

Guelph Solar has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Administrator for residential and commercial installations around Guelph and the surrounding areas. The Project Administrator is accountable to the Project Engineer for the timely and accurate processing and reporting of all administrative duties of Guelph Solar’s projects.

**Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Responsible for general administrative functions to support project execution.
- Ensure proper document flow is followed, in addition to being the “check and balance” in ensuring that paperwork is filled out as required.
- Coordinate project details between sales, engineering, and operations departments.
- Problem-solve when faced with abnormal challenges.
- Update customers on project status.
- Coordinate and process all job closeout documentation.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
- Prepare communications, progress reporting, meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
- Interact with external clients and subcontractors.
- Review project management practices and implement improvements where necessary.
- Develop systems and processes to drive efficiency and engage with Artificial Intelligence to automate or eliminate repetitive tasks.
- Project scheduling and action item tracking.
- Filing and document management.
- Provide other administrative and clerical support as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for solar and being a part of the Clean Energy Economy.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to foster collaboration with internal and external parties.
- Outstanding customer service, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as work within a team.
- Proven experience prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a very high degree of accuracy.
- Strong independent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Self-starter, professional attitude, and appearance.
- Proficient in MS Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
- High School diploma or GED and two (2) or more years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or post-secondary certificate/diploma an asset, not required.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment within an administrative or project coordinator role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
