**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**

Our administrative teams play a critical role in the smooth running of our business. With complex, challenging projects being tackled every day, we need people who are skilled in making sure the right information is available in the right place and at the right time.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Provide relevant internal and external parties access to information, answering questions, reporting numbers and providing balance specifications.
- Follow-up activities optimally support the department operations; document and coordinate various vendor and financial data.
- Entering and processing data, maintaining administration, processing invoices and other documents.
- Extract data and produce periodical routine reports.
- Participates in and supports projects as needed

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- Professional level experience in departmental and administrative systems, and MS Office suite
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
- Relevant experience in any of the following sectors would be an advantage: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate vocational education in an administrative discipline or bachelor’s degree
