**About the Leasing **& Resident Experience **Specialist opportunity**:

- Conduct property tours and provide information about the community and its amenities to prospective residents
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that resident service requests are addressed promptly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions and leasing activity
- Plan and execute resident events and activities to foster a sense of community, as needed
- Continuous engagement with residents throughout the duration of their tenancy - fostering tenant retention and a sense of community
- Other duties as assigned

**What you need to succeed**:

- 3-5 years of prior experience in hospitality, property management or a related field
- Excellent customer service, sales and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing an exceptional resident experience
