Leasing Specialist

As an integral team member, the Leasing Specialist will implement and maintain an innovative and comprehensive leasing strategy developed by the Leasing Manager to lead the property to strive for 100% total occupancy each month. The Leasing Specialist will provide industry-leading customer service and facilities to all potential and existing residents. Hours may be irregular to accommodate operating hours and include weekends and holidays. **Your Commitment**: - Interact with future and current prospects to ensure a great customer experience in a manner that values guests' time. - Receive guest feedback and partner with property leadership to take appropriate action and "make it right" for guests. - Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests. - Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members. - Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal resident experience and support property operations. - Perform work per applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations. - Present the product and share detailed information regarding features and benefits based on our future residents. - Oversee post-move-in contact with new residents to ensure satisfaction with the unit and move-in process. - Ensure comprehension and compliance with all Westcorp Playbook policies. - Perform other duties as required or assigned by the Property & Leasing. Manager. **Key Skills & Core Values You Bring**: - 5 Years of work experience in a startup or high-growth environment, inbound or outbound sales, fast-paced, high-traffic sales, or retail leadership is highly sought. - A high level of continuous innovation to achieve great results. - Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same. - Experience using MS Suite products (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Stream) - Ability to source data, analyze the results, and provide others through all change processes and uncertainty phases. **Working at Westcorp**: Headquartered in Edmonton, Westcorp Property Management Inc. is a vertically integrated company that creates, invests in, and manages residential, commercial, and hotel properties.
