**SSi Field Service Technician**

**ORGANIZATION SUMMARY**:
Sure Stroke Intelligent Lift Systems intelligent, ultra-long-stroke artificial lift equipment capable of increased oil production at reduced operating costs. SSi has completed design and construction of the longest stroke-length artificial lift system in the world.

SSi manufactures and distributes the SSi Artificial Lift Intelligent Rod Pumping System and the Intelligent Gas Drive System. SSi's patented technology is used to increase efficiency, uptime and production.

The SSi Artificial Lift Intelligent Rod Pumping System uses patented logic, variable frequency drive (VFD) control, hydraulic intelligent monitoring to improve well production. The system offers a much lower total cost of installation when compared to other forms of artificial lift.

SSi Lift manufactures innovative surface mounted artificial lift systems for oil and gas producers. When compared with conventional artificial lift systems, SSi offers a lower cost and more efficient design capable of greater lifting capacities and longer stroke lengths. SSi currently manufactures the longest stroking reciprocating rod pump in the world.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Operate and maintain HPU equipment in the field
Provide onsite services as called upon
Perform maintenance and repairs
Optimize unit performance to well conditions
Accurate and thorough completion of job reports in a timely basis
Participate in all JSA and safety meetings
Must have the ability to grasp and adapt to changing work environment
Must be able to perform basic problem solving and troubleshooting
Continue training to expand knowledge and experience of HPU operations and services
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Required**:
2-3 years of Artificial Lift Experience
Broad knowledge of Hydraulics and Electronics
Strong mechanical aptitude
Self-motivator, self-starter
Must have the ability to work well around others
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic Computer Skills

Valid Drivers License

Safety Conscious

Ability to pass pre employment drug and alcohol testing

**Preferred**:
Previous Oil Field Production experience

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Artificial Lift: 1 year (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 3 years (preferred)
