**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a remote role with flexibility—ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales while balancing light inbound and administrative responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and support the sales process through to conversion
- Data integrity, update client interactions, and track lead progress
- Assist with basic order entry and order management tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Occasionally attend meetings or training in Shallow Lake, ON

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service
- Excellent phone presence and written communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multitask effectively

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
