**OPERATIONS ANALYST JOB POSTING**
With offices in Hamilton and Toronto, BULLWEALTH is an integrated wealth advisory and consulting firm with a global perspective. Our Investment Operations team is currently looking for an Operations Analyst to join us on a full-time permanent basis. _This role is located on-site at our Hamilton office_.

**MAKE AN IMPACT**
Working within a team, the Operations Analyst supports the Client Strategists/Portfolio Managers in executing transactions and processing client requests. This position is integral to delivering excellent customer service through transparency, responsiveness, and a commitment to accuracy. This role will ensure the seamless handling of all operational inquiries and the timely production of data and reports to meet tight deadlines.
**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE**:
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Address client inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
- Process client transactions, including liaising with banks/custodians on behalf of client to ensure liquidity.
- Maintain current market values by running reports from Investment Managers and custodians and updating spreadsheets.
- Prepare client billings based on client invoicing schedules (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Accurately complete various reports, both for internal and client use.
- Complete quarterly CRA payments on behalf of clients, including obtaining payment numbers and client approvals.
- Maintain client profiles with accurate and current information.
- Prepare year-end tax packages for clients; process any necessary transactions on behalf of clients.
- Conduct tax analysis, ensuring adequate cash availability for corporate and personal tax deadlines.
- Prepare for personal tax season by confirming RRSP contributions and updating clients on tax changes.
- Complete fee analysis for each client at year-end; prepare a Letter of Authorization (LOA) for payment.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**-**Post-secondary education in finance/economics/accounting/business
- Canadian Securities Course (CSI) preferred
- Knowledge of different types of funds/investment types
- Relevant investment administration experience is an asset
**-**Previous experience working closely with Portfolio Managers is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and able to follow detailed instructions for data entry of monthly client reports and other reporting functions
- Strong organizational skills to maintain files and contact details and accounting information
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and switch tasks as required
- Aptitude for learning; growth mindset
- Strong technical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint), Adobe, CRM, etc.
- Perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to, preparing and completing documents/forms, DocuSign/RightSignature/ShareFile, scanning, filing, etc.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
