**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The Shipper Receiver is responsible for the accurate receiving and shipping of medical products in order to satisfy internal and external customer needs. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, controlling backorders and assisting in managing dead stock and turns. The incumbent must also maintain the organization of the warehouse, all while promoting Air Liquide Healthcare’s safety and quality practices.
- Prepares pick sheets and delivery; ensures picking and staging of orders and completes all documentation relating to shipping and receiving, i.e. Bill of Lading (BOL) and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG). Liaises with branches and Customer Care Centre/Service for orders.
- Ensures minimum and maximum stock levels are adequately maintained and counted weekly. Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Verifies material being shipped including verifying part numbers and tagging. Ensures the completion of Purolator and FedEx documentation.
- Manages the receiving process by receiving products, visually checking for defects, verifying products to packing slips, unpacking products and stocking shelves.
- Complies with applicable certification requirements by studying existing and new legislation; promoting adherence to requirements, and making recommendations to management on needed actions.
- Contributes to team effort by working in a cooperative and professional manner.
- Contributes to a safe and clean work environment by obeying corporate and safety policies and procedures, working and encouraging others to perform in a safe manner, reporting unsafe occurrences and/or practices.
- Seeks to continuously improve the operation of the branch by evaluating processes and workflow, and participating in other quality improvement activities.
- Other duties as required.

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Completion of Secondary School
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role or in a production/warehouse environment
- Forklift Certificate is an asset
- Ability to drive a tow motor
- Order picking and general shipping/receiving experience an asset
- Gas cylinder handling experience preferred
- WHMIS and TDG experience
