ABOUT THIS TEAM
The Supply Planning team is based at the Lululemon SSC in Vancouver.
The team are responsible for the seasonal planning of Lululemon’s production requirements, translating the seasonal demand into a supply plan that best meets the business overall needs.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Supply Planning Manager will lead and manage planning for allocated categorie(s) to ensure Supply is balanced in the optimal way to meet demand forecast taking into account Capacity, Lead time and Raw Material availability. This role will develop Strong relationships with cross functional partners - Key Partners being - Merch, Planners, Sourcing, LLO and will own the seasonal plan for their allocated Categories(s). This role is responsible for ensuring plans are communicated in a timely and accurate manner highlighting risk, opportunity and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong Analytical skills
Extensive experience collaborating with stakeholders to establish shared goals.
Experience of working in related product role.
Able influence the decision-making process at all levels of the organization.
A Confident leader. You are confident in your strengths, always open to challenges and live with integrity.
10 Years experience in Supply Planning
Previous experience in MRP and ERP planning systems
