ABOUT THIS TEAM
The Supply Planning team is based at the Lululemon SSC in Vancouver.
The team are responsible for the seasonal planning of Lululemon’s production requirements, translating the seasonal demand into a supply plan that best meets the business overall needs.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Supply Planning Manager - Capacity, owns the capacity planning for All lululemon Finished goods production facilities(Apparel and Accessories) to ensure Supply is balanced in the optimal way to meet demand forecast taking into account Strategy, Capacity, Lead time and Raw Material availability.
The Supply Planning manager is responsible for maintaining and evolving process and KPI for Capacity planning functions
This role will work with cross functional partners - Key Partners being - FG Allocations, Sourcing, Raw Materials Supply Panning, Category Supply Planners.
This role supports ensuring plans are communicated in a timely and accurate manner highlighting risk, opportunity and recommendations with vendors and internal customers.
This role will support planning capacity for multiple Buy Models
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong Analytical skills
Extensive experience collaborating with stakeholders to establish shared goals.
Experience of working in related Supply Planning role
A Confident leader. You are confident in your strengths, always open to challenges and live with integrity.
10 Years experience in Supply Planning
Previous experience in MRP and ERP planning systems
