**Summary**

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Neekom Industries Ltd. In this role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.
- Utilize construction management software to track progress and report on project status.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore or similar tools.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with construction estimating is highly desirable.

Pay: $60,000.00-$79,332.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
