**Job Summary** **Responsibilities** - Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution. - Utilize construction management software such as BuildTools for project tracking and documentation. - Conduct thorough construction estimating to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation. - Develop project schedules ensuring efficient workflow throughout the project lifecycle. - Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project implementation. - Monitor progress on-site, addressing any issues or delays promptly while maintaining safety standards. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. - Implement time management strategies to optimize team performance and productivity. **Requirements**: - Minimum two years of CANADIAN working experience in project management or construction coordination field. - Proven experience in construction project management or a related field. - Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. - Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools such as HeavyBid. - Proficiency in project management software including BuildTools, ProCore or similar. - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while leading diverse groups of professionals. - A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $52,000.00-$70,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - Mileage reimbursement - On-site parking - Paid time off - Vision care Application question(s): - Do you have minimum 2 years of construction project coordination/management experience "IN CANADA"? - Are you familiar with Project Management software like BuildTools and able to create project schedule from start to finish for a typical residential construction project?
