**Must Have**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or information technologies or 1 year equivalent work experience
- Familiar with personal computers/printers/wireless connectivity devices
- Ability to work extended hours as required
- Ability to lift a 20 lbs. box from the floor to a table top surface
- Possession and use of an owned car for travel between locations
- Eligible to work in Canada
- No criminal record

- ** Technical knowledge of hardware and Windows 7, Windows 10 operating systems**:

- ** Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards**:
