**ROLE**:
Electrical contacts LTD is growing, and we are looking for a service-oriented and self-motivated I.T. ERP Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the LEADERSHIP MEMBER, you will maintain, monitor, and improve the ERP and associated systems for the business. You will be tasked with solving complex system issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements and growth.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Administrator for ERP.
- Maintain I.T. infrastructure and relationships with outside support vendors.
- Development of Reports, BAQ, Dashboards within Epicor and/or Excel.
- Responsible for reporting and Analytics
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other technical support role considered an asset
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking direct technical assistance, outside of any self-serve solutions
- Improve documentation for self-serve solutions and onsite troubleshooting, and also work on other process/procedure improvements on an ad hoc basis
- Manage the MS SQL services required for ERP and floor systems.
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and equipment
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance with limited downtime from business operations.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair, development or debugging etc.)
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and provides a maintenance schedule
- Small to medium sized business experience is an asset.

**REQUIRED SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS**:

- University Degree or College Diploma in the area of Computer Engineering, Programing, Computer Science, Information Systems or other Business related areas is required.
- Dot Net or C# programming experience is an asset
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- You are detail oriented and love building out documentation, workflows and formalizing process where necessary
- Curiosity towards all technology and its operations.
- Active Directory On-Premise and Cloud experience
- Comfortable with team building and collaborating with all facets of the organization
- Experience working with Epicor 10.2.400 ERP an asset
- Familiar with Sequence language considered an asset
- Familiarity with VM Ware an asset
- Windows Server and Microsoft 365 Administration experience
- Familiarity with scripting fundamentals for creating and maintaining automation
- Network Administration experience (Ubiquiti Networking product experience is a plus)
- Ubiquiti Network setup & administration an asset
- The technical know-how, including a working knowledge of automation products, databases and remote control

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
