**WHAT'S THE JOB?**
Job Profile Summary
The Program Coordinator is a key member of the Operational Support team and is responsible for the program coordination and management under the leadership of the Continuous Improvement Team. The Program Coordinator will be an integral part of supporting all Operational Support groups. This role will be allocated 60% to Continuous Improvement and 40% to the remaining operational support groups. This role will be a hybrid position requiring both in office and remote work, including occasional field work.
Continuous Improvement Scope of Work
- Provide support Continuous Improvement related work including coordination of project paperwork, tendering coordination and support, process maps, following up with stakeholders, keeping projects on time and on budget.
- Managing project intakes, gathering requirements, and creating projects plans
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Communicating plans, risks, actions and issues with key stakeholders and other project partners
- Managing day-to-day activities for the project management team.
- Other special duties as assigned
Operational Support Scope of Work
- Execute weekly and monthly Quality reporting for distribution
- Implement minor changes in Quality Control reporting software
- Fully cross train in purchasing role and provide peak volume support
- Provide additional support to Operational Support team as required
**Qualifications**:

- Degree or College Diploma in Project management or related years of experience
- Scheduling & Planning, documentation
- Ability to use various computers and software for Microsoft Office, Visio and other Dexterra Systems
- Minimum 3 years of relative work experience
- Well-developed English oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible hours and possibly weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills are required
