**Location Manager**
- **Summary**_

The Location Manager is responsible for overseeing their designated camp location and its team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for parents and staff, with a primary focus on ensuring the satisfaction of campers. The Location Manager is committed to maintaining the seamless operation of the camp and is actively involved in pre-camp preparations, program coordination, and staff management.
- **Responsibilities**_

Off Season:

- Participate in mandatory management trainings in May (virtual)
- Attend the mandatory yearly retreat in early june.
- Assist in planning and organizing camp programming and scheduling.
- Actively engage in recruitment events to attract staff.
- Contribute to pre-camp preparations to ensure a successful camp season.

On Season:

- Manage and provide guidance to camp staff.
- Conduct staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Fill out all required paperwork and reports, Operational and HR.
- Establish and maintain a daily schedule.
- Maintain regular communication with the Regional Manager to ensure the camp operates smoothly.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to manage payments.
- Oversee weekly inventory management at the camp location.
- Report any concerns or incidents to the Regional Manager promptly.
- Offer top-tier customer service by being the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns, and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure a safe environment for both staff and campers.
- Hold weekly staff meetings to maintain effective communication.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the camp location.
- Approve employee timesheets.
- Supervise and oversee daily camp activities.
- Provide necessary resources and support to camp counselors throughout the day.
- **Qualifications**_
- Experience in management (preferably in camp)
- Experience in classroom management with a young audience (mandatory)
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Drive.
- Exceptional communication, management, and leadership skills.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is considered an asset.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $18.15-$22.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
