After a decade in business, Chrono Aviation has expanded its fleet to 15 aircraft and employs over 200 people. Chrono is a Quebec-based airline offering planes that can accommodate between 9 and 120 passengers, exclusively for charter flights. With bases in Montreal and Quebec City, Chrono continues its expansion, reinforcing its position as a leader in the charter flight industry in Quebec and Canada.

**Role and context**

The Flight Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily flight activities. Working closely with dispatch, crew scheduling, maintenance, sales and ground operations, this position supports flight planning, monitors ongoing operations, and helps resolve any irregularities that arise.

**Key responsibilities**
- Monitor and support daily flight operations in coordination with Dispatch, Sales, and other Operations Control teams.
- Assist in preparing and validating flight documentation including manifests, flight plans, customs paperwork, and operational briefings.
- Verify flight feasibility for the Sales team by reviewing the flight schedule and making necessary adjustments to accommodate proposed flights.
- Coordinate with flight crews and dispatch to confirm that proposed flights are operationally feasible, and that aircraft performance aligns with sales requirements.
- Communicate changes in schedules, weather conditions, NOTAMs, and operational irregularities to relevant stakeholders and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and applicable aviation regulations (CARs, FAA, ICAO, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of flights, crew movements, and operational reports.
- Liaise with customs, airport authorities, and third-party vendors when required.
- Work collaboratively with the other Flight Coordinator to cover emergency or irregular operations (IROPs) as required.
- Participate in operational debriefs and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Specific job requirements**
- Prior experience in flight operations, dispatch, or operations control related roles is preferred.
- Working knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and French preferred. Must be able to communicate clearly under pressure.
- Comfortable with tools such as flight tracking platforms, crew scheduling systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and internal operational systems.
