- ** You won’t do it alone**: Success depends on collaboration, with Crew Schedulers relying on clear communication and teamwork to navigate complex logistics.
**Key duties**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for cabin crew, supporting a dynamic and collaborative team.
- Schedule flight attendants in compliance with the CUPE collective agreement.
- Analyze and resolve scheduling irregularities efficiently.
- Prepare and optimize the next day's operations.
- Interpret and adhere to the CUPE collective agreement to ensure smooth scheduling processes.
- Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Solid decision-making ability in high pressure situations;
- An effective multi-tasker;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills;
- Attention to details - Demonstrated ability to monitor flight attendants' schedules and make corrections when needed;
- Good computer skills; Amadeus or industry software is an asset;
- Airline experience is an asset;
- Must successfully complete and pass a mandatory full-time, paid 3 month training program to maintain employment;
