**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be an experienced residential leasing agent or sales expert with keen organizational skills
- Have a good understanding of advertising and promotions of residential properties
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holiday hours to accommodate business needs
- Handles all telephone and walk-in inquiries from prospective residents professionally and courteously
- Conduct tours with prospects, lease available suites and/or renew upcoming lease expiries with specific leasing goals in mind
- Collects and completes all pertinent information on the Application Form and forwards to the Community Manager and/or Property Manager for approval
- Inspects upcoming suite availabilities prior to showing to potential residents
- Completes background checks, order credit checks, completes and forwards leases for execution of the signing of all leases, schedules, assignments, and addendum forms, uploads when completed
- Ensure rental rate, incentive offerings, and additional applicable charges are represented and accurate
- Provides move-in package to new residents at time of lease signing; provides a full orientation when possible
- Assists with coordination of moving elevator reservations for move-ins and outs with the Community Manager for new and current residents
- Assists with completion of incoming and outgoing suite inspections and documents as required
- Follow up with prospective residents to ensure no lead is lost
- Carries out other duties and/or procedures related to rental and administration of suites as assigned
- Work constructively with the team to ensure customer service requirements are resolved and team goals are met
- Conducts monthly market surveys and provide the information to Head Office
- Complete traffic reports, vacancy reports and related paperwork as required
- Informs the Community Manager of any deficiencies or problems noted in the building or on the property that require attention
- Carries out other duties and/or procedures related to property marketing as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS***:

- Grade 12 diploma or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative role. Preferably in residential property management industry
- Be proficient using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Yardi, RentCafe - industry systems is preferred, but not must
- Flexibility and able to deal with changing priorities, willing to learn new things and multi-tasking
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Open to work on weekend whenever is needed
- Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with data privacy
- Have exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build excellent relationships with customers
