The** Fleet maintenance worker is responsible for a wide variety of maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance** **on various makes and models of trailers in an efficient, timely, accurate, professional and safe manner in accordance with the Company policies, DOT, OSHA and other regulations.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Repairing, adjusting, welding, oiling and changing parts for all company trailers and equipment (Such as forklift, compactor, gates, tarp system, tires, straps...)
- Inspect and repair trucks, trailers, tarp systems and other equipment regularly to ensure safe operation
- Make overhauls, minor and major repairs
- Followed maintenance schedules
- Repair forklift and PM services
- Respect all company rules, regulations and policies
- Be aware of all Health and Safety instructions and policies
- Perform other related work / special projects as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- At least 2 years of fleet maintenance experience
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
- Mechanical Abilities
- Certified Mechanic an asset
- Experience in welding
- AZ driver license an asset
- Bilingualism an asset
