We are currently looking to hire part-time **Personal Support Workers (PSWs). **If you have training as a **Health Care Aide, PSW / Personal Support Worker, DSW, RN or RPN (or equivalent experience)** and you are interested in helping seniors with their personal care needs, we encourage you to apply

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- PSW diploma / certificate for having completed a PSW / Health Care Aide training program (or equivalent training, i.e. DSW, RN or RPN)
- Physically capable of assisting with sitting, standing and walking (transfers/lifts typically not required since most of our clients live at home)
- Experience providing care to seniors with Alzheimer's and other dementias
- Flexible availability on weekdays during working hours
- Strong work ethic, compassionate, reliable, punctual, good time management, efficient, attentive
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills (fluent in English)
- Vulnerable Sector Check not older than 1 year (or otherwise willing to obtain)
- Able to provide at least 2 professional references

**The following are assets but not required**:

- _Valid driver's license and own vehicle or regular access to a vehicle_
- _Evening, weekend availability and/or overnight availability_
- _Bilingual (English & French)_

**SENIORS ON SITE**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Dementia care: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- PSW. DSW, RN or RPN (required)
