Job Overview QuickHaul Logistics is seeking independent contractor drivers for overflow parcel deliveries. Use your own vehicle (car, sedan, or SUV) for last-Km handling during peak volumes/seasonal. Manage your own expenses, including fuel and maintenance. No commercial trucks required.

Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver parcels from overflow warehouses to customers in the OTAWA Area.
  • Ensure timely and secure deliveries.
  • Load/unload packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Use apps for tracking and navigation.
  • Maintain your own delivery records.

Requirements

  • Valid Class G driver's license (or equivalent).
  • Clean Driving Abstract: No violations, accidents, or points in the last 3 years.
  • Clean Criminal Record: Must pass a background check with no convictions.
  • Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance and registration suitable for parcels.
  • At least 1 year of driving experience; courier experience preferred.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift packages and walk.
  • Smartphone with data plan for delivery apps.

This is all that's needed—no work permit required.

What We Offer

  • $2.50 per stop typical shifts may very from stops based on availability.
  • No mileage reimbursement—fuel and vehicle costs are your responsibility.
  • Contract opportunities during busy seasons.
  • No employee benefits: as an independent contractor, handle your own taxes & write offs and insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150.00 per day
