**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying products that meet their needs
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features when applicable
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and product updates
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive shopping environment

**Experience**
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
- Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems is advantageous
