**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized service
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory

Pay: $65,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
