Key responsibilities
- Reporting to the Retail Design and Visual Merchandising Manager, the Specialist will be responsible for implementing the Retail strategy in Canada in order to implement the image and identity of the brands in all points of sale and reinforce the visibility of the brands, in coherence with the strategic orientations.
- Coordinate & track Visual Merchandising projects to maintain brand image while following international guidelines
- Collaborating on Retail Design projects. Manage the installations from conception, production and delivery
- Stages the visual identity of the brand for the different retailers & built guidelines
- Manage and update planogram while ensuring it is implemented Nationally
- Create client design presentations & adjust renderings all while respecting the global retail guidelines

Professional &Technical Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience in Indesign, Sketchup or CAD to be able to create and adjust renderings
- Understand marketing strategies and programs. Marketing experience a plus.
- Project management experience.
- Understanding of retail design, retail programs and strategies. Retail or franchise experience a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills necessary Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
