**ABOUT THE POSITION**

The Regional Image Specialist will be responsible of ensuring that the stores in the their region respect the ZARA standards. This role will set the tone, supervise the planning, the execution and the finessing of the window directives to company standards. This person will be expected to understand the business objectives while aligning their creativity and troubleshooting solutions with the ZARA fashion image. The main responsibilities of the Regional Image Specialist will consist of:
Overseeing the region
- Traveling to stores to ensure the standards and guidelines are met
- Follow up with the stores on marketing decisions to be implemented in windows
- Communicate and retain feedback from all levels of managers
- Keep track of the region’s progress and report the most up to date and relevant information to meet deadlines.

Strategic Leadership
- Making strategic decisions according to the stock inventory held in the store to ensure the best sales.
- Distinguish and utilize industry trends to translate a fashionable message that is appropriate to Zara customers.
- Creating, recognizing, and finishing ideas and solutions according to the company standards for window displays to increase traffic to the stores.
- Be a leader and inspire others while keeping a professional open line of communication

Training & Communication
- Keep track of trainings and development of Visual Commercials for the region
- Responsible of the window changes in A volume stores
- Create the schedule for window changes in C and D volume stores.
- Communicating to the Heads of Departments when the overall image of a location is not meeting standards.

**PROFILE REQUIRED**
- Fashion is your passion, you are creative and artistic
- Previous experience using power tools and building window props
- Self-starter and motivated to work with mínimal supervision
- Possess great time management and problem solving skills
- Be proactive in finding and communicating solutions
- Availability to travel to different locations within region
- Possess excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- French required, English an asset **_(Eastern region)_**
