**About us**

Liberty Pizzeria is an artisan pizza making shop that focuses on delivering a high quality product. The concept is mainly a take-out, fast serve with few dine-in tables.

**Pizza Cook**

The Pizza Cook is responsible for preparing pizza toppings and sauces for the restaurant’s menu. The Pizza Cook will also assist in making the pizzas on the menu, as needed. The Pizza Cook will assist in preparing other items on the menu, as needed.

**Essential Functions**
- Prepare pizza ingredients and prepare pizza dough, sauces, and other food items, as needed.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Work cooperatively with all other team members, at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Perform in different station such as stretch, topping, baking and cutting/packaging pizzas.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience working in Pizzerias
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to stretch dough
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to follow written food orders & safety procedures.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-45 per week

**Salary**: $16.55-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5A 0P4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Pizza Cook: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
