**IN THIS ROLE**

The function of the Pizza Maker is to assist and support the team in all aspects of the kitchen with the goal of delivering great food, minimizing waste and running a profitable business. As a General Assembly Pizza Maker you must be an advocate of our philosophy, participate in and support our vision, and live and breathe our values. You and the team will strive to deliver the best-in-class guest experience with a motivated and engaged staff aligned to an exciting workplace culture.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ability to work all BOH positions effectively in order to support a smooth service
- Support the compliance of all healthy and safety regulations
- Assist in set up, organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and restaurant
- Model the kitchens standards and operating practices ensuring the team follows SOP’s

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 year of pizza making experience
- Knowledge of municipal health and safety requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to periodically work long hours depending on the needs of the business
- Willingness to perform other duties as required
- You embody the brand principles of BETTER, EASY, DELICIOUS

**COMPENSATION**
- $18.00 per hour + Gratuity (full-time or part-time availability)
