**Office Manager - 360 Fitness**

Are you an organizational rockstar with a passion for leadership and driving success? 360 Fitness is looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic **Office/Operations Manager** to oversee our front desk, admin team, and key operational processes, ensuring our clients and staff have the best experience possible.
**Overview**
The Office Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing the front desk and administrative operations of 360 Fitness. You will oversee the hiring and performance of the admin team, ensure client satisfaction, oversee scheduling and payments, and report on key performance indicators to support the studio’s growth and success.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and motivated to lead a team while fostering positive client relationships and operational efficiency.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
**Manage Front Desk and Administrative Operations**:
- Oversee daily front desk activities, ensuring smooth business operations and a positive client experience.
- Maintain organization and efficiency throughout the facility while fostering strong relationships with clients.
**Supervise and Lead the Admin Team**:
- Recruit, train, and evaluate admin staff to maintain a cohesive, high-performing team.
- Provide mentorship and support while recognizing areas for improvement.
**Monitor and Report on Business Metrics**:
- Track key performance indicators, including membership retention, active member counts, cancellations, sales, and revenue.
- Identify trends, highlight successes, and develop strategies to address areas for improvement.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Handle client concerns, process membership changes/cancellations, and manage client autopays.
- Enhance the client experience by fostering loyalty and trust, even during cancellations.
**Payroll and Financial Management**:
- Compile and submit payroll data to ensure timely and accurate payment to staff.
- Manage financial processes like account updates, non-payment follow-ups, and monthly cash deposits.
**Drive Operational Excellence**:
- Prepare weekly reports and present data to the CEO.
- Lead team meetings and ensure action items are followed up on effectively.
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and supplies to maintain seamless daily operations.
**Client Engagement and Administrative Oversight**:
- Coordinate client milestone celebrations (e.g., birthdays and anniversaries) to boost engagement.
- Ensure compliance by maintaining updated forms, waivers, and documentation.
**Performance Evaluation**
Your performance will be evaluated based on:
- Membership retention and growth.
- Trial program sales and conversion rates.
- Front desk efficiency and supplement sales.
- Appointment scheduling accuracy and total revenue.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficiency in **Mindbody software**, **Microsoft Excel**, **Word**, and **Google Suite**.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills.
- Excellent customer service and client interaction abilities.
- Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Analytical skills to track, report, and drive KPIs.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
