**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bathroom and Shower Maintenance**:

- Clean and sanitize bathroom facilities and showers multiple times per day.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- **Campsite Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Inspect and clean campsites between guest stays, including removing trash and debris.
- Ensure picnic tables, fire rings, and other campsite amenities are in good condition.
- **Lawn Mowing and Groundskeeping**:

- Mow and trim lawns regularly to maintain a neat and attractive appearance.
- Edge and maintain other landscaped areas as needed.
- **Picnic Table Management**:

- Move and arrange picnic tables to accommodate camper needs and special requests.
- Inspect picnic tables for damage and perform minor repairs if necessary.
- **Camper Assistance**:

- Greet and assist campers with questions or requests.
- Provide information about campground facilities, local attractions, and rules.
- **General Maintenance**:

- Assist with routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs throughout the campground.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in maintenance, custodial work, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to operate lawn mowers and other landscaping tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform physical tasks.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform manual labor tasks.
- **Driver’s License**: Valid driver’s license preferred for operating campground vehicles.
