**Position Overview**

You will haul granulated fertilizer loaded from a B-Train or railcar to remote helicopter worksites during spring and fall fertilizing projects, primarily off-highway on forestry roads. Your truck will load helicopters on-site to support aerial operations.

This position involves both remote project work and operation support, including early mornings, weekends, and long hours depending on the project.

Project starts in September 2025 and ends in December 2025.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive and operate a Class 3 body job bin/auger truck off-road on forestry roads.
- Chain up when necessary - you must be confident and experienced with off-road conditions.
- Load helicopter bucket safely and efficiently in coordination with the pilot, supervisor and ground crew.
- Accurately complete daily load tracking paperwork and ensure records are clean and organized.
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance of vehicle.
- Support ground crew and uphold strict safety practices while working around aircraft and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Canadian Class 3 Driver’s Licence
- Clean Driver’s Abstract (must be submitted with resume)
- Highway + Off-road / Mountain driving experience is essential
- Must be able to chain up confidently
- Familiar with bin/auger truck operation
- Comfortable working in remote environments for extended periods
- E-log experience is an asset
- OFA 1 - 3 and Transportation Endorsement are strong assets
- Strong attention to detail with paperwork/logging is mandatory
- Fluent in english (clear language
- radio controlled roads)

**Schedule**
- Project-based seasonal work
- Monday to Sunday availability (including holidays)
- Long hours with split shifts and early mornings expected

**Compensation**
- $400 per day
- $50/day per diem
- $30/day trailer pay
- 7 days/week compensation while on project (Fall / Spring Fert)
- Paid bi-weekly

You will be staying in a company provided travel trailer in remote locations across B.C.
