We're currently seeking a Shop Manager at our Colwood location. **Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive industry or related experience, including experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership;
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered;
- Strong understanding of operations, budgeting, and expense management;
- I-CAR Platinum certification an asset;
- Proficiency in Mitchell Estimating, Audatex, ALLDATA an asset;
- Knowledge and proficiency in ADAS systems, vehicle calibrations, and emerging vehicle technologies an asset;
- Strong verbal, written and listening skills, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision-makers;
- Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency;
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- Proven experience effectively leading a team in a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrated time management, problem solving, critical thinking and sound judgement skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills with customer service-oriented attitude;
- Demonstrated desire and aptitude for learning and development;
- Must have a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract over the last 3 years;
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada with no restrictions.
- Ability to travel occasionally within Canada and to the US for company functions.
