**Role Summary**

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Quality Manager for Rose Lifescience Inc. based at our Montreal/Huntingdon location. This role functions as the Quality Management representative within Corporate Rose Lifescience Inc. managing Co-Manufacturing, supporting Rose Manufacturing Facilities, QA Lead for Businesses Integration, and maintaining compliance to Health Canada GPP, GMP Regulations for Rose Lifescience Inc.

**How you can contribute**:
You will be leading and developing the Co-Manufacturing (CMO) Quality Team and their manufacturing/packing sites, and Rose Manufacturing Facilities to:

- Ensure Compliance with Rose Quality Management System requirements, with priority on Health Canada compliance to GPP, and Cannabis Regulations when applicable; develop CMO procedures, policies, audit plans, eQMS.
- Get involved in the investigation and resolution of quality incidents.
- Support the Consumer Complaint Investigation and Reduction Strategy.
- Lead new Business Integration to ensure End-To-End Implementation of the Quality Requirements.
- Manage the Quality Management Program for Rose Lifescience Inc. Canada to ensure compliance to Local Regulations and Rose Targets. This includes:

- Onboarding CMO’s, negotiating Quality Agreements and compliance audit against GPP.
- Managing Hold and Release system for CMO’s to deliver on time product to the market.
- Support Supply Chain Quality Management for defining and managing QA requirements and programs for Alternate supply chain (i.e., Loop, DTC, e-commerce, etc.), Rapid Innovations, Pilots, and Stores.
Lead Quality for Provincial stores (SQDC, OCS) and other boutiques.
- Support the Innovation & Renovation (I&R)/Quality Management Team as needed.
- Maintain compliance requirement for all CMO’s Licenses with the collaboration of the Corporate Quality Management Team.
- Manage Investigation and Response of Consumer Complaints addressed by the Health Canada.
- Support initiatives for the Digital Transformation in Quality Management to optimize processes and tasks.
- Back up of Rose Lifescience Inc Head of Quality. This includes acting as Back Up of Crisis Coordinator for Quality Incidents/Crisis (including Recalls and Withdrawals)
- Assure Food Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to all Company Quality Principles, policies as well as local laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance to food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support in the management of compliance auditing and gap closure, including follow up and verification.
- Collaborate with other function and businesses to setup, manage, enforce and maintain the Quality Management System
- Strive for Zero Defect & No Waste:

- Ensure the analysis of the quality failures and proactively sponsors the defect elimination initiatives in Co-Manufacturing or Roselifescience site.
- Promote, constantly challenge the status quo and benchmark the different quality cost elements to further contribute to business competitiveness in Co-Manufacturing and Roselifescience site.
- Liaise with other operation functions (Supply Chain, and Businesses) to drive continuous improvement in order to reduce or eliminate losses.
- Promote sharing of best practices.
- Ensure Consistency:

- Supports the Idea to Launch process including idea introduction from BD, to NPI launch process.
- Supports new businesses integration.
- Collaborates with Operations to drive improvement in the manufacturing of products that consistently delivers consumer preference.
- Support and/or lead creation of Digital Tools to optimize current tasks and processes in Quality Management
- Ensure development of competencies:

- Ensure development of people through career management (experience), coaching and training.
- Convey corporate culture and management principles at all levels.
- Invest time coaching his/her teams, as well as Factory QA Team.
- Foster a healthy employee relations climate.
