Under the authority of Vice President Supply Chain, the person occupying the position of Project Manager Joint Venture Greenfield Start-Up will be the key person who will ensure the success of the efficient start-up, thereby helping to optimize the operational efficiency of the organization.

**Overview**
- The Project Manager will be responsible for working with all internal and external stakeholders to build the project plan and set up proper governance at the working level and management level to ensure its timely execution.
- The scope of the project plan shall include all required activity from the definition of resource / manpower requirements, recruitment, training, transfer & implementation of processes & tools, to support production start-up and ramp up across all function teams such as: Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning, Production / Manufacturing, Maintenance, HR, IT etc.
- This will be a minimum 12-month contract with possibility of permanent full-time position

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- The success start-up and ramp up of the JV will depend on our ability to organize and set up operation prior start-up with sufficient level of maturity to sustain a quick ramp-up. The Project Manager will be instrumental in ensuring all required knowledge, processes, tools are transferred and implemented in a timely and comprehensive fashion.
- Experience in manufacturing operation would be essential.
- The Project Manager must have a hand-on approach with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems such as Six-Sigma, ACE etc. and Lean Manufacturing is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
