**Role Summary**:
**How you can contribute**:

- Lead internal and external (e.g. co-manufacturing) partners to bring products to market from concept to stabilized production. Administration of cross-functional New Product Integration (NPI) process, bringing together internal resources to enable high success rate of new launches.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (cost, efficiency, accuracy, etc.) as product SME, including hands-on execution of project work.
- Establish Product Development practice within organization to propel ROSE to the forefront of cannabis innovation, fostering a culture of executing with excellence and taking big bets on big ideas. Key liaison between marketing and manufacturing (internal/external).
- Conduct bench top and/or pilot plant experiments as needed for new products, product renovations, and/or new processes to ensure business decisions are rooted in reliable data.
- Create and maintain product & packaging specifications, label content, process parameters, BOMs, SOPs, and other documentation to support go-live in the production environment and ROSE business growth.
- Develop ROSE knowledge base of new technologies and reverse-engineering competitive products. Consult technical resources (literature, technical papers, academia, suppliers) to further product knowledge.
- Maintaining project files to ensure meticulous collection, development, and retention of knowledge in an uncertain and rapidly changing industry.

**You’re really good at**:

- Fluency in French and English.
- Self-motivated, accountable, problem-solver and team oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; can communicate in a compelling manner with senior management and key customers.
- Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement actions.

**Things we hope you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in applied Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience.
- Experience in consumer goods, cannabis and/or related industry.
- Experience in project management, product design, product training and continuous improvement initiatives.

**What you should know about the job**:

- Ability to travel to our manufacturing facility in Huntington, QC 1-3 times per week
- Ability to travel to other locations, as business needs arise
