**About the Position**

Reporting to the Senior Estimator, this is a newly created role driven by pure growth, not replacement. You’ll handle the essential nuts and bolts of our projects, from detailed take-offs and estimates to on-site visits that ensure we’re delivering precision on every job.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Dive into Planswift, Bluebeam, or similar software to perform precise take-offs and estimates.
- Collaborate with project management teams to develop project budgets and timelines.
- Maintain a database of historical costs for future reference and benchmarking.
- Input project details and prepare pricing info in Maestro, our project tracking software.
- Roll up your sleeves and hit the job sites when needed to confirm conditions, project requirements and to gather relevant data.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 1-5 years in flooring or tile estimating.
- **Software Savvy**: Strong grasp of Planswift, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Maestro or comparable project management software? Even better.
- **Education**: Relevant college certification from an Ontario institution.
