Position Overview

YYC Lawn and Snow is a student-owned and operated business, designed to provide seasonal work that can be done efficiently by students. We are hiring a Fall Cleanup Crew Manager to work independently handling seasonal fall cleanup services. This role is ideal for students (including those on a gap year) or anyone seeking seasonal outdoor work. You will be responsible for driving a truck to residential properties, completing around three cleanup jobs per day, and ensuring each property is left clean and professional. While this is a seasonal role, there is potential for long-term employment within our company.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive a company truck to assigned residential properties.
- Perform fall cleanup tasks, including:

- Leaf blowing and collection
- Lawn mowing and trimming
- Operating a lawn vacuum and other simple equipment
- Collect and manage yard waste for disposal.
- Perform light equipment maintenance (fueling, cleaning, basic checks).
- Maintain professionalism and communicate with management as needed.
- Manage your own daily route and ensure jobs are completed efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- No previous landscaping experience required — training provided (experience preferred).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physically capable of performing outdoor labor in fall weather conditions.
- Preference given to students, especially those on a gap year, seeking seasonal work.

Work Schedule & Compensation
- Seasonal, full-time position during the fall months.
- Expected to complete approximately 3 cleanup jobs per day.
- Starting wage: $22/hour for the first two weeks.
- After two weeks, pay transitions to a profit-sharing model with the potential to make up to $300/day if you can work efficiently.
- Opportunities for overtime.
