**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping and construction crew to ensure efficient project completion.
- Oversee the installation of landscape construction features, including gardens, pathways, and irrigation systems.
- Train team members on best practices for landscape maintenance, construction and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage the scheduling of tasks and resources to optimize workflow.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety compliance.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction, with a focus on building gardens and installing irrigation systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscape design principles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical labor.
- Valid driver's license is required; experience operating landscaping equipment is a plus.
- Experience in operating heavy equipment such as but not limited to: Skid Steers, Loaders, Plow Trucks, Snow Removal Equipment etc...

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Additional pay:

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
